I completed my registration at GOW website, however when I login I get an error message and I can’t access my account.


When you complete your registration, you will receive an email in the registered address with a link to activate your account.

I have created a training plan at GOW Trainer website. How can I download it into my Smart phone?


You have to synchronise your phone with your PC. Once completed your training plan will be available in your GOW Mobile application

I got an error message during the wireless synchronisation.


Check your network signal and try again. Be aware that you need good signal in order to synchronise your handset. WiFi connection is recommended followed by 3G, EDGE or GPRS. If you have a Blackberry, make sure the access point is configured for your carrier. How do I configure the access point? If the error continues, try synchronisation by using a cable.

When I search for Bluetooth devices, I can’t see GOW Touch in the list


Make sure your handset has GOW Mobile installed, Bluetooth connection enabled and GOW Touch is switched on. If the list of devices is very long, try to get out of reach and try the search again.

The GOW device doesn’t connect with the telephone.


Please check that the Bluetooth connection in your handset is enabled and try again. The handset battery lasts 1.5 years approx. with an average use of 1 hour per day. If this is the case, please change the battery in your device.

The GOW device is paired with the telephone but when the session begins, the connection fails and the device cannot be found.


Make sure the handset where GOW mobile is installed has Bluetooth connection enabled.

All voice messages are activated but I can’t hear them


Make sure your handset is not on Silent mode and the volume is loud enough. Make sure you have a SIM card in your phone.

If I am in the middle of a workout session and I receive a phone call, do I lose the session?


No, you can pick up the call and when you finish, you can continue with your workout.

There is “noise” at my heart rate signal during my sessions.


Before you start a session, remember to dampen the sensors of your GOW Running. Check that the electronic device is well attached to your clothing.

The application in the handset is not measuring my heart rate, which is always 0.


Check that the sensors in the clothing are wet and in direct contact with the skin
